This workshop highlights the importance of Governance on Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Supply Chain Resilience in order to ensure that continuity and resilience are planned, executed and implemented strategically, procedures are well coordinated, compliant, and effective.
A Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework sets out the purpose of an entity’s BCM Framework which defines and documents the business continuity governance and approach to ensure structure and consistency in effectively delivering the outcomes specified in the Business Continuity Policy.
Participants will also learn how to proactively manage risks and build flexibility and strategies in their supply chain networks through strategic oversight and integrated planning, execution and implementation.
