Practical Workshop on Strategic Recovery for Business & Supply Chains Disruption


Workshop Overview

To identify the available continuity and recovery strategies for the entity’s operations especially its supply chain. How to select strategies to reduce gaps as identified during the risk assessment and business impact analysis i.e. conducting cost and benefit analysis on the strategies in order to recover critical business functions and services (including the critical vendors, suppliers and third-party service providers) within the identified recovery time objective (RTO) and recovery point objective (RPO) and MTD (maximum tolerable downtime). This workshop provides participants with the knowledge and practical skill on developing recovery strategies for business operations and Supply Chain in the event of disruption.

Outcomes

  • Identify various business continuity strategies from national supply chain perspective.
  • Conduct a cost and benefit analysis of business continuity strategies.
  • Table Top Discussion / Case Study (scenario based & nationally).
